Reflection#1

What does it mean to be Emirate?

_ Everyone in the world has country to belong it. In general, most people proud of their country while someone ask them about their country. In UAE, all Emirates people proud to be an Emirate. In this essay, I will discuss what its mean to be an Emirate.

_ There are many things that is mean to be Emirate. First thing is our religion it is called Islam that’s we believe only one God (Allah). The second thing is our language is Arabic and what they called us Arabian people. Also there is traditional that most of our tradition depends on religion and language. About clothes, we ware Kandoraa and Gtraah. About food, most people love “Kabssah” that’s made from rise with chicken or meat. Another example: Mandi, Haries, Thareed, and for sweet is Om ale. Third thing is hobbies like hunting(falcony and saluki), camel racing, horse racing and dhow . You know some of that’s hobbies is necessary in the past for bedwines. In the past, they used falcons and saluki dog for hunting to survival and having food. Also, camel used for transportation. Nowadays, those hobbies are used for fun. In our tradition there is dancing called(Alyolah)were we dance it in wedding. The leaders of UAE do the best they can to make our country safe and developed. Nowadays, we live a comfortable life in all seven cities of UAE. 

_Finally, I proud to be Emirate. And I will do my best in educate to reciprocate my country. Thanks our leaders , thanks UAE
